Let's cut to the chase - if you're reading this it's because you need work done but can't fathom the time and effort that goes into the due diligence, coordination, and follow-up required to hire quality contractors. Look no further! Jimmie and his team were more than I could have asked for. Jimmie was responsive and detail-oriented when it came to renovating an entire upstairs apartment for me. Not only did the crew at All City do an excellent job, but they were clean and timely in helping me hit personal deadlines to renovate the space. If you don't yet have a GC, you do now.All City Remodeling recently replaced our front door and picture window. It looks fantastic and really updates the curb appeal on our home! We approached Jimmie to replace the door and window after experiencing some very cold days in the winter due to poor sealing and outdated pieces. Jimmie really heard our concern and upon installation ensured that we would not feel the same drafts in our living room ever again. He went to great lengths to seal the window and door using spray foam insulation and got the best weather stripping. We instantly felt a difference and feel so thankful to Jimmie and his team for giving us peace of mind and a modern update all at the same time!We've been working together in a few project, and All City is the best when we talk in remodeling and construction projects. I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience working with Gerald "Jerry" Casaletto of All City Remodeling. His dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment turned a devastating situation into an incredible success.
In early February 2023, Massachusetts endured several days of extreme cold and high winds. At the time, my in-laws' home had been unoccupied for months, as both elderly homeowners were hospitalized with serious illnesses. Tragically, a water pipe on the second floor burst due to the freezing temperatures, causing extensive damage upstairs and severe flooding on the first floor.
A neighbor noticed water pooling in the driveway and immediately alerted us. When I arrived, I was horrified by the extent of the destruction. After the fire department shut off the water and utilities, I contacted the insurance company to file a claim.
Despite my in-laws paying their premiums faithfully for over 50 years without ever filing a claim, the insurance company initially refused to cover the loss, alleging the home had not been checked frequently enough. This was completely false-my wife and I had been conducting regular walk-throughs. Thankfully, with the expertise of Seltser & Goldstein Public Adjusters, we were able to get the claim approved.
Not knowing who to trust for the extensive repairs, we were referred to Jerry Casaletto by Bob Brown of Seltser & Goldstein. From the moment we met Jerry, we felt completely at ease. Within minutes, we knew All City Remodeling was the right choice. Jerry exuded confidence and professionalism, assuring us that the work would be done right, on time, and with exceptional quality-and he exceeded even our highest expectations.
Jerry is an outstanding communicator. He kept us informed throughout the entire remodeling process and made dozens of valuable suggestions along the way. What truly set him apart was his initiative and attention to detail-making improvements we hadn't even thought of, without additional cost or delay.
